PENNYWEIGHT PARATROOPER ! STEP 4: MAKING THE PARACHUTE LINES!
A) Place paratrooper flat on table. Run one piece of the string through the hole in the
right hand of the paratrooper until the hand is positioned at the exact center of the string,
with equal lengths of the string on each side of hand. Straighten equal lengths of string
so they extend vertically above paratrooper’s head. This will create two “parachute
lines” running up from right hand. Repeat with other string through the left hand. Now
you’ll have four “parachute lines” all together running straight up from the paratrooper’s
hands.
B) Use the four one inch pieces of tape to secure the end of each parachute line to a
separate corner of the paper towel parachute.
