"3D" COMIC BOOK TOY SOLDIERS!

3D Comic Book Toy Soldiers began appearing as early as the 1950's right alongside Comic Book Flats. They carried on right through the early 1980's in various forms.

The 3D Soldiers usually came as part of Helen of Toy, Co. War Game Sets; or as separate Play Sets sold by various lesser known mail-order outfits.

Many of the figures in these Sets were actually manufactured by companies like GIANT, MPC and ATLANTIC.
