"3D" DANIEL BOONE !

The 146 piece 3D "Dan'l Boone's Trek To Ol' Kentucky" Set is probably from the late 1950's or early 1960's because there is no Zip Code on the order form of the Ad (Zip Codes were first introduced in 1963 and became mandatory for all by 1967.)

The Ad above was found already separated from it's comic book, so the date is unknown. But it seems to come from a War Comic of some type (images on the back of the Ad from a comic page suggest this.)

This Dan'l Boone Set has yet to be found by this web site, however, we have located the reference images below showing some of the GIANT brand 3D Frontiersmen/Pioneer figures and a 4-Horse Covered Wagon which evidently were included in the Set.

We are still looking for the rest of the Set so if anyone has any information or images to share from the GIANT Pioneer Sets, please get in touch.
