BALLOON TROOPER "MISSION PAPER" SAMPLES!
Here you can copy a nice Mission Paper design or just learn how to make your own.
The Balloon Trooper Mission Paper is the key to the Balloon Trooper's entire Mission. In order to be notified when your Trooper is Recovered by Ground Allies, you need to make sure the Mission Paper is very clear about where to email the SITREP!
See image above for a sample Mission Paper. You can "copy and paste" it from the text below, or you can just make up your own. As long as Ground Allies know where to send their emailed SITREPs, your Balloon Trooper has a much better chance of not ending up MIA even if Recovered! The Mission Paper above was printed by regular PC computer and it uses a font size of 10 (smaller than the standard 12 font in order to be smaller when cut out.)
Once you have written or printed out your Mission Paper, you should cut it out to its smallest possible size, fold it in half, roll it up and tape it to your Balloon Trooper.
Use the text that follows if you wish to "copy and paste" this Mission Paper text into your own word processing software (you may need to format it again when you have it pasted into your own system):
"Hello Friends! You have Recovered a BALLOON TROOPER!
We hope he brings you a happy smile! Balloon Troopers
are launched by Helium Balloon and then fly as far as they
can during High Altitude Aerial (HAM) Missions. Completing
their high-risk Missions depends on being found one day by
friendly Ground Allies like you!
Our Balloon Trooper’s Name Is:_____________________.

Please email a Recovery Situation Report (SITREP) to
Balloon Trooper Headquarters Command at:
BalloonTrooperHQ@att.net
Please send us a SITREP to let us know where and when
you found our brave Balloon Trooper! He is currently on the
Missing In Action List so we are very excited to learn how
he is and how far he traveled on his HAM Mission! Please
Relaunch our Balloon Trooper with a fresh Helium Balloon
after you Recover him so that he can continue his Mission.
You can learn all about Balloon Troopers at the
Balloon Trooper Website on the Internet!
It is a very safe and fun website for kids of all ages at:

Thank You Ground Allies! We wish you Blue Skies and Soft Landings!"
For a simpler version of a Mission Paper, see photo below. Mission Papers can be as simple or complete as you like as long as they get the essential information across to the Ground Allies.
