Michael Callan and Tuesday Weld, as two teenagers, in a close-up from their movie, "Because They're Young." Dick Clark also stars in this movie about highschool, teenagers, and their teacher. Dick Clark plays the teacher. Tuesday Weld plays the role of a bad girl(a bad reputation). Michael Callan plays her boyfriend. By the way the title song "Because They're Young" becomes a hit, sung by teen idol James Darren. And the movie is especially good, one of the best teen movies of the time! It is recommended. Note: "Because They're Young" debuts in 1960, Tuesday Weld is 16. |
