Emergency or Expedited Service provides first month's Stamps within 7 days.

• Households with less than $150 in hand.
• Household's income and cash on hand are less than shelter costs.
• Migrant households with less than $100 in hand.

ONLY identity must be verified for Expedited Services at application.  If other verification delayed, no additional Stamps will provided until completion

Able-bodied adults without dependents must register prior to benefits.
