Production Notes:

 Songs marked with a 1 were recorded April 1964 in New York City.   These cuts were released on United Artists (3379) under the title Inside Betty Carter.  Most notable about the release was the short (25:26) playing time that seemed to turn off many critics.

Songs marked with a 2 were recorded on two separate sessions early in 1965. The personnel, with the exception of Kenny Burrell on guitar, have been lost. These cuts were released for the first time on the Capitol Jazz 1993 reissue.
