The WICT 96A in 1991 and the WSOR 71A in 2000

Compare these two photos! They were taken 9 years apart at the same location. The most interesting thing here is if you look closely, you will see that the two locomotives are the SAME ones only in different paint!

The top photo shows the 96A in September of 1991 during the WICT diner train excursions that were run in Madison during that time.

The bottom photo shows the renumbered 71A in January of 2000 during the Old Feed Mill Restaurant excursions that accure monthly now. It is my bet that Buck Guthrie was the engineer on BOTH trips!
