Quick and Easy
Crocheted Coasters

crocheted coasters These easy coasters are quick to make. Samples shown are worked in Country Cotton Cabled (blue and brown) and Southmaid Cotton 8 (pink).

Materials needed:

  • A sport weight cotton yarn should be similar in weight to the Country Cotton Cabled (CCC) and Southmaid Cotton 8 (SM8) I used for the samples. I got the CCC and SM8 on clearance at Wal-Mart and neither is available elsewhere near me. I made 5 coasters with 1 ball (77 yards) of CCC.
  • Crochet hook size F (Increase or decrease your hook size if you crochet tightly or loosely.)
  • Blunt end yarn needle
