To get the 9/11 conspiracy off the ground SECRECY and a NW WIND were paramount. The key to triggering 9/11 was the need to hide a US Navy helicopter (circled in yellow) above the South Tower to serve as base of operations for that Tower hit and demolition.

Former CIA Director George Tenet committed perjury in his April 14 testimony before the 9/11 Commission when he claimed he had not met with President Bush in the month before the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. The CIA issued what was described as a correction after the Director "misspoke." The Agency asserted that its records showed Tenet meeting with Bush on August 17 and 31, and then on at least six occasions in September prior to Tuesday, the 11th.

Conspirators Tenet and Bush were tending to details of the most heinous mass murder in American history but they had to wait for Bush to come off vacation AND A NW WIND DAY.

Brigadier General Montague Winfield says: "For 30 minutes we couldn't find him. And just as we began to worry, he walked into the door of the National Military Command Center." As the 9/11 Commission conclude: "The Secretary of Defense did not enter the chain of command until the morning's key events were over." Nor is Rumsfeld on the record as having given any orders that morning.
Yet, according to military procedure, if the Federal Aviation Administration were to notify the National Military Command Center of a hijacking, with the exception of "immediate responses" the NMCC was required to "forward requests for DOD assistance to the Secretary of Defense for approval." Of course, 9/11 would easily come under the heading of "immediate responses".

Rumsfeld actually left the Pentagon and went to the crash area probably directed theremoval of A3 Skywarrior parts, such as this A3 wing under a blue tarp carried away by Pentagon employees,

that contradicted the fable that a Boeing 757 smashed against the Pentagon and/or penetrated 3 rings. One of the A3 wings hit a firetruck and set it afire. The Target Wall was supposed to drop on top of the aircraft debris and hide the identification of the A3. Photos galore of the engines were grabbed in spite of a prohibition against photography probably from Rumsfeld. Russia watched on their satellite the A3 leave a carrier, probably the USS George Washington anchored off Long Island on 9/11, and hit the Pentagon.

The acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Richard Myers was on Capitol Hill. Despite seeing the television reports of the World Trade Center after it was first hit, he continued with a scheduled meeting there, and supposedly was not notified when the second plane hit at 9:03. He therefore did not head back to the Pentagon until around the time it too was hit, and only joined the critical air threat conference call shortly before 10 a.m. By that time, the attacks were nearly over.

Since Laura Bush is a former schoolteacher why didn't she accompany her husband for an educational photo opportunity? That is suspicious as apparently she would be in the way. With the Situation Room cleared out and moved to Florida, Cheney et al, have to hold court in an old bomb shelter on the opposite side of the White House complex. Clearly they are not IN on Bush's Dirty Little 9/11 SECRET:

Apparently the real reason for Bush II's trip to Booker School, besides clearing out Situation Room witnesses, was to make a pre-scheduled nationally televised speech.

Hustler Magazine investigators found that the 9:30 nationally televised news conference that Bush claimed terrorists did 9/11, contrary to what the FBI was saying at that time, was pre-scheduled. In fact, the 911 Timeline has the time being announced on September 7, 2001 but the story link to the White House website has been killed to hide this crucial fact. No matter as below is the Federal News Service news release from September 10th:

However, KELLI ARENA, CNN correspondent, said the FBI didn't know who was behind 9/11:

The official that I spoke to said that so far, there has been no communication, NO ONE CLAIMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR EITHER OF THOSE CRASHES. Bush's Dirty Little 9/11 Secret is even more apparent when his day at Booker School is put under the microscope. Normally a plane crash is of no concern to a President. However, on 9/11, everyone in Florida had their ears to New York. SUSPICIOUS.

Normally Bush is a slave to the clock and HAS to be on time. Not on 9/11. A change in usual behavior is suspicious. Matthew Everett made that claim in his article: Dawdler in chief: Bush suspiciously had a meeting with the CIA as the first order of business on 9/11 (See Tenet above.), then left for Booker School at 8:39, nine minutes behind schedule.

The North Tower hit at 8:45 occurred while Bush was enroute to Booker School, arriving at 8:55, when the manager of the Situation Room notified Bush in person what she heard via her phone in a separate vehicle. Her excitement indicated that she was unaware of the plot. SR manager not a suspect.

At that time Condi Rice was calling Bush on a phone in the school apparently to notify Bush about the crash. Why didn't she use the phone in Bush's car? If Condi was in on Bush's Dirty Little 9/11 Secret, he would have had no need to call. Bush told Andrew Card that a pilot must have had a heart attack. Condi and Andrew Card aren't suspects.

Bush entered the classroom at the same time as the Boeing 737 drone, not the Flight UA175 Boeing 767, hit the South Tower (9:02). Andrew Card notified Bush between 9:05 and 9:07 and stood back calm and collected obviously unaware of who did 9/11:

Did Bush really have an 'educational speech' to deliver to the nation? Finally at 9:35 the entourage left for the nearby airport driving in the wrong direction. Bush was reportedly unable to get a secure phone line through to Washington, and had to rely instead on using a borrowed cell phone. According to the CBC, even this cell phone didn't work.AND after Air Force One took off, for more than an hour no fighter jets escorted it. Destination: Warren Buffet's golf tournament inside Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska! Plenty of time for a round of golf.
