Syllabi for Civil Procedure courses are available for review
and downloading on a TWEN site established for that purpose.
To access the TWEN website, go to <http://lawschool.westlaw.com>.
From there, click on the "TWEN" tab at the top of the
page and then log in with your Westlaw ID (you may also perform
these tasks in reverse order). Click on "Drop/Add Fac Prog"
then click on (or scroll down to) "Faculty Discussion Forums."
Check (click on) the box next to the Forum entitled "Civil
Procedure Syllabi Bank." Then click "Submit."
You should then have access to the Syllabi Bank website, where
you can review and download any or all of the syllabi presently
on deposit. You should also be able to access the Syllabi Bank
directly each time you return to the "TWEN" page of
