A "bank" of civil procedure exams has been constructed as a TWEN Faculty Program, which means that it is accessible only to professors. In addition, a password is required to register. Contact Radha Pathak (info below) to obtain the password. Once you have the password, here's how to find and register for the site: go to <www.lawschool.westlaw.com>. Click on the TWEN tab near the top of the page and enter your password when prompted. You should be taken to your own TWEN home page (it should say "Welcome [your name]"). Go to "My Faculty Programs" and click on "Drop/Add Fac Prog." You will be taken to a page called "Faculty Forum Selection." Click on "Faculty Discussion Forums" or just scroll down to the list of Faculty Discussion Forums. Select the box next to "Civil Procedure Exam Bank," enter the password, and then click "submit." You now have access to the site, and your TWEN home page should now list Civil Procedure Exam Bank as one of your Faculty Discussion Forums. Once you are in the site, click on the "Exams" tab to view and/or download all the exams. Please let me know if you have any difficulty accessing the site.
