You will be seeing the 45th Infantry Museum which features the Bill Mauldin cartoon collection, Reaves Military Weapons collection, histiry of the 45th in WWII and more. Can also visit the Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and a tour of Tinker Air Force Base. Another attraction is the Yellow Rose Dinner Theater - the production aill be the "Rat Pack Live" - an entertaining vareity show about Frank Sinatra, Fean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr with the big band sounds.

29th Bomb Group Reunion

September 4-7, 2008 will be the very last reunion of the 29th BG, but only with your support! It's being planned for Washington DC at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, VA. This is a short cab right from Washington Reagan International Airport. More detailed plans are to follow but for right now we need to know how many members are interested in attending. Rooms are $99/night plus tax. The conference fee is likely to be $130

315th Bomb Wing Association
June 11-15th, 2008

The 25th Annual reunion of the 315th Bomb Wing Association is planned for Washington, DC.; June 11th thru 15th, 2008. The location will be the Holiday Inn at Dulles Airport. Contact Pat (not the hotel) at Carnevale and Associates, 1-800-659-8808, for hotel and reunion reservations. (email carne@sunncast.net) Room rate is $109 per night, plus tax. The rate will also be good for 3 days prior and 3 days after, depending on room availability.

There will be a tour of Washington, DC; visit the WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War and USAF Memorials. You will also go to the Udvar Hazy Air & Space Museum In addition to the above they are trying to arrange a tour of the White House and may also visit the "Sunset Parade" in Fort Myers, VA featuring the soldiers and horses used for funerals at Arlington National Cemetery.
