Registration information for the Fall 2008 Season

Welcome to the Rosegarden P.A.L. 2008 Fall soccer season!    

Walk-up registrations will be held again this year at the Zanotto’s Family Market at 1970 Naglee Avenue, just east of the corner of Naglee and Bascom Avenues.

Registration dates for Zanotto’s are:

May 17th & June 21st from 11 AM until 3 PM.

Registration fees prior to August 1st will be $75 for one player, $145 for two players (from the same family), or $210 for three players (from the same family). **Head coaches will receive a registration discount for 1 player per team coached.

*After August 1st, registration increase to $100 per player to cover additional costs associated with late registration.

**If possible, please take advantage of our on-line registration by visiting http://www.sjpdpal.com/registration/  and choosing the registration for the “Rosegarden” district. The same discounts for multiple-player families will apply.

Please go to our Forms page for this years registration form. Please fill this form out and make 2 copies. Send all 3 copies of your completed forms along with your check payable to Metro P.A.L. Soccer, a COPY of your child’s birth certificate (only for new players), and a small 1”x1” photo of your child (used for player card).

All registered players will be placed on a team with children of the same age group. Coaches will be making contact with players several weeks prior to the start of the season. Our season starts on August 23rd.
