OHAU TO QUEENSTOWN

Leaving Mt. Cook behind we headed for Queenstown passing through New Zealand wine country. I was reminded of the Finger Lakes area in central NY, many small growers selling their own products on site. Members of our group, much more knowledgeable then I in the grape, gave the local wines high marks. My favorites were the Rieslings.
