RETURN POLICY: However, we do not ignore the fact that even
with the best of packing, an interface might be
damaged in the shipping process. If you
feel you have received a defective interface box, please contact us and explain
the problem in detail ... Can you receive signals on the waterfall of the program you are using? What program are you using? Does your radio go into transmit mode when you click on the transmit button
in the program? Does the signal go out through your radio? What radio are you using? What operating system is your computer using? Anything else that might help us, to help you diagnose the problem? If you believe it is a problem with the interface itself, we will advise you on how to ship it back to us for testing. If it is found defective we will either replace it or repair it and send it back to you. If we find the defect was not in the manufacture of the interface, but caused by misuse or abuse, we will advise you on the cost of repairing the interface, before we do any actual repairs. At that time you can either pay for the repairs, or request we send it back to you without being repaired. You will have to pay for the return shipping either way. Please note if you wish to return an interface for a refund for any reason ... the cost of shipping is NEVER refundable. Also, we do not pay the cost of shipping it back to us. We will do our best to help you work out any problems you have but we do realize there are times when a computer or radio just won't do what you want it to do, and if the computer and radio don't cooperate you can't use the interface. The Interface Box comes with instructions for hooking it up to your radio and computer. When hooked up properly everything will work together without any problems. Please be very careful to follow the instructions. Your computer soundcard can be damaged by incorrect hookup. We will NOT be responsible for any damage done to your computer or radio while using any of our interfaces. Bear in mind that to use these Interface Boxes you must download the appropriate software. If you have problems with the software, please contact the software developer. Donner's Digital Interfaces does NOT handle problems with software. Most of the software is fairly easy to setup, and we've found that most developers are more than happy to help if you have a problem.
We want our customers to be happy with our products, so we will go the
extra mile to help where and if we can.
If you have a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us by
e-mail. (My technician reads lips so can
not hear on the phone.) Because of the
differences in computers, software programs, and radios, we can only give you
very general suggestions on what to look for to get them running. We can only give you specific instructions on
how to connect our interfaces to your computer and radio. If you are having problems with the setup of your
computer, radio, or the software we will be happy to help you as far as we can,
but after that you will need to contact your computer manufacturer, the software
creator, or your radio manufacturer.
While we will accept returns if you can not get the software, your
computer, and your radio working together, there is a 20% restocking fee. In the unlikely event you need to return your
interface, please contact us by e-mail for instructions on how to do so. You must return all printed papers that came
with the interface as well as the interface.
