ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

A wise sage once stated, "Ensure that in all of your endeavors, you give credit where credit is due." Thus, the purpose of this page.

Foremost, Tom Greene (The Adventurer's Guild) is given the Honorable Mention credit. Were it not for his site, this one would be just a plain, "I love Bard's Tale because..", page. Almost all of the downloadable items you find here were provided by his site, i.e. game files & images, documentation, etc. To the best of my knowledge, Tom is also accredited with not only the first Bard's tale web site, but being the originator of the first BT Web Ring. Much thanks Tom, and profitable adventuring to ya!

Secondly, I have to mention perhaps the most artistically magnificent BT fan site I have ever come across. It is called the Bard's Tale Compendium and is a masterpiece as far as web sites go. I obtained the game descriptions from here as well as a few other things. There are also many resources and artwork that you cannot find elsewhere at this site. My greatest congratulations go out to its author, Mecandes of Canada. I would highly recommend giving this site a visit- as it elicits much nostalgia and even gives some information you may not be aware of regarding the origins & future of the Bard's Tale series.

Next, I must thank the author of Bard's Tale Memories, David Sinclair for his terrific animated gifs that add so much to a fan page. Unfortunately, his site recently went off-line (as of 6-23-02), but hopefully it will return one day. He had some great artwork & resources there.

Finally, I must thank the creator of the Bard's Tale Game, Michael Cranford for his ingenuity, creativity & devotion to us RPG addicts. I owe many hours of enjoyment at multiple ages in my life to his works. Part of this gratitude must also go to the team that put together The Thief of Fate, as that happened to be my favorite in the series.
