Bio-Spot has spot-on treatments for dogs & cats that costs ONLY about $1-$2/month. Believe me, if it will work in our yard, it will should work ANYWHERE. All we use is the Bio-Spot, no pills, no sprays, no collars, and it works on fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes. Ear Infections: Many of the most popular dogs have floppy ears & often recurring ear infections caused by yeast. We spent a lot of money on vet remedies to clean or cure the infections, but they always seemed to come back. Until we found a product that costs less than half what all the other medicines cost, but works fast & prevents recurrences. Bio-Groom Ear-Care Ear Cleaner costs less than $4 for 4 oz, but used once a week seems to have eliminated the problem better than all the expensive stuff. For the best prices on these and many other pet products with top notch customer service go to or call 1-800-Jeffers and ask for a catalog. To find the above, click on the above link, use their search engine, & enter either "Bio-Spot" or "Bio-Groom". See if your family/friends want to make a group order to save on shipping. Okay, how about 10 moves in 20 years in the military, in 7 states, & 2 countries? The first move it took me 6 months to get everything put away, now I'm down to a week or two. This Moving Checklist is a compilation of the best tips I have come across over the years. I started with a basic list & continued to add things with each move that I found helpful. Now that we are getting ready for, what we hope will be, our last move, I want to share the fruits of our moving experiences with you. So click HERE, print it out & let your next move be a smoother one. IF someone you know has an email only service with NO web site access, they can send a request to the editor at Make-A-Note@worldnet.att.net and we will forward them the list as an attachment. POST IT...by your computer, then on your calendar if you have a move coming up, & send the link to others you know "on the move". * * * * * * * Wives, a Book to Improve Almost Any MarriageWhen I first heard how the media was describing the principles in this book, I was irritated & offended. But then the media likes to exaggerate the negative. By the time I had gone to the article on the TV story http://www.msnbc.com/news/510627.asp?cpl=1, and read through some of the examples & sample chapters...well, let's just say that things hit a little too close to home. Practically every wife I know attempts some kind of controlling behavior towards their husband at least once in a while, and like me, you may not even realize you are doing it. It creates stress for both spouses needlessly, & is not respectful to your husband. So read the article at the link above & see if you recognize anyone, get the book here http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0743204441/makeanote, give it a try, and see if it doesn't make a difference in your marriage for the better and a lot faster than you might expect. For those skeptical readers, I only ask that you READ the WHOLE book, and give the principles a try for AT LEAST a month, BEFORE you send me any email flames. I think that is only fair. The book is called "The Surrendered Wife" by Laura Doyle and is a reasonably priced paperback.
