X-Treme Electric Scooters Manufacturers & Wholesale Distributors
 Offers a 30-day bumper-to-bumper manufacturers warranty on all scooters and accessories. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We do offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries. If any battery should become faulty within 6 months from the purchase date we will replace the battery free of charge. X-Treme may require that old batteries be returned to us for exchange. Warranty Details (updated Dec 01, 2003)
What is covered & what is not covered:
1. Damage to plastic / fiberglass parts caused during shipping is covered only if it was caused by shipping and must be reported immediatly. The plastic / fiberglass body parts are not covered for 30 days.
2. Tires. tubes, kickstands are covered only if they are damaged during shipping. Tires, tubes, flat tires, & kickstands are not covered under the warranty unless the unlikely event of damage during shipping occurs.
3. Light bulbs including the headlight bulb will be covered for 30 days only. Fuses are not covered under the warranty & can be bought for less than .50 cents each at any auto supply store or Wal-Mart type of retail outlet.
4.X-Treme Scooters will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the end user of the scooter. X-Treme may require some parts to be shipped back to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user / customer.
5.If your battery becomes defective within 6 months of the purchase date X-Treme will replace the battery free of charge.

*Refunds
If you wish to receive a refund, you may return your scooter to us, shipping paid, within 10 days of the time you received it.
The scooter must be unused and in new condition.
When we have received and inspected your electric scooter a refund will be processed promptly.
Scooter must be in its original carton along with all items originally shipped in that carton to be eligible for refund or exchange.
There will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returns
Before returning your scooter you must obtain a return authorization number.
Request Refund Return Authorization Number
In the mail to window enter your complete name, address and the address where the scooter was shipped to if different from yours and a brief reason for return.
No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number clearly displayed on the outside of scooter box.
Freight collect or C.O.D. deliveries are NOT accepted.
A refund will be processed once the scooter is received and inspected. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
This is good only for 10 days after you receive your scooter.
Shipping, and handling fees are not refundable
* After 10 days scooter returns are not accepted.
NO exchanges or refunds until your check or other funds have  “cleared “ our bank
