At 6:00, the BoD meeting
was called to order by Tom Base The minutes of the
April 26th BoD meeting were reviewed and
approved 3/3 More than 5 homeowners
were present to volunteer these Good and Welfare discussion
topics:

Dogs running free and pooping in HO yards. Rules & Regs
of HHE and Coral Springs require animals to be on leashes
and to be cleaned up after. Signs were approved 3/3 to
be provided by the HOA for the borders of the common areas

Children have been seen going into other peoples open garages The Social Committee

For the front landscaping, contracting a designer to generate
a front landscaping plan was reviewed and approved 3/3.
The landscape repair project will be fully funded by December.

For the guardhouse repairs, work will begin Thursday with a
new air conditioner, followed by installation of the new
doors, and painting. Paint colors need to be finalized

For the lights along Wiles, quotes are needed to replace the
fixtures, redo the stucco, and paint
Þ
For the culvert repairs at the northwest corner of the main
lake, one bid is in. Additional bids are needed.

For the control of the central lake level, the lake is self-leveling.
The lake is tied into the Pine Tree Water District aquifer
and not the South Florida Water Management system.

For the front gate security camera system, a revised quote
is in progress
Þ
For the speed bumps, painting with a second, white coat will
start this week.
Þ
For the Rothschild hedge, code enforcement requires moving
the hedge back 25 feet. The sign needs to be repaired
Þ
For the front sign repair, repair versus replacing the sign
will be explored. If the sign is replaced, design proposals
and bids will be needed. HO's will need to be surveyed
for preferences toward a single center island sign or
dual side signs.
