The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Dan.

The minutes from the Board of Directors meeting held October 24, 2002 were read and unanimously approved as submitted.

Dan Rothenberger read his Presidents report briefly stating some of his concerns and views for our community.

Tom Base read his Treasurers report stating our cash on hand, reserves at Amtrust Bank, late fees, pre-paid assessments, past due assessments and future financial projects.

There was a brief question and answer period for attending residents

With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
