Students please note the following:

To facilitate using the Internet for course information, please read the following in order to obtain a complete syllabus for any of my classes.

1. This is the first page, also called the home page, for all courses.  Students need to copy this page for general information about a course.

2. Use the appropriate hyperlink at the top or at the bottom of this page to view specific information about the grading and requirements for the respective course as well as instructions about assignments for the specific course.  Students need to copy the course material on this page too.

3. On each specific course page, there is a hyperlink to the course schedule of material to be covered each class session as well as the test dates and due dates for all class assignments.   Students need to copy this page also.  The course schedule page is the last page of the respective syllabus.

Thus, this entry page, the specific course information page, and the specific course schedule page  together constitute a complete syllabus for any one of my courses.

MAKE-UP POLICY:

There are no make-ups for unexcused absences.  To receive credit for courses all exams must be taken.  An unexcused absence from an assignment results in a zero for that exam, paper, presentation, or case.

ACADEMIC HONESTY:

Personal integrity and high ethical standards are an integral part of professional behavior in business.  All students have a responsibility to adhere to the  USCA  Academic Honor Code for all tests, papers, teamwork, and other assignments.  Because a violation of professional ethics is a very serious matter, it will result in a zero for the test, paper, teamwork, or assignment.  Even further, a violation may also result in an "F" for the course.
