| Frosted Halogen Bulb |
In my opinion, the frosted halogen bulb is the best choice for a light bulb for most battery-operated stereo viewers today. I got my first halogen bulb around 1993 from Reel 3-D. Because this bulb is taller than ordinary 2.5V bulbs, I had to modify my Realist red button viewer to make it fit. Gradually, I learned how to trim the top (instead of modifying the viewer) and how to frost the glass for more uniform light. Today I stock these bulbs and offer them for sale to stereo enthusiasts, trimmed and with the opinion of clear or frosted finish. For more information about these bulbs please see:
