ONE TIME  SETUP FEE   The one time setup fee for logos or special designs  is based on the complexity of the logo, plus number of colors and stitches. Setup fees start at $25 (up to 6000 stitches and up to 5 colors).

All prices include a logo or design (approx. 3.5 by 3.5 in.) embroidered on the upper left front of the garment. Prices quoted are for one item. Discounts are available for orders of 25 or more of the same item . . . mixing colors and sizes is OK.
 

Ordering online has simplified the process.  Just click on the item, size, and color, and click "Order Me!"  There is a place on the order form for you to fill in any specific instructions.  If you are ordering a generic graphic and/or name, just fill it in here.   Orders are also accepted via snail mail.   (There is NO setup fee for using generic graphics.)

For logos or special designs:  Mail or e-mail a graphic of your design/logo with the colors written in the margins. Be sure to type or print clearly.  Donner's Country Crafts will let you know if the design can be digitized as is or if there will need to be modifications made, along with the price for the digitizing (setup fee).  Most designs can be setup for the minimum charge of $25.

To order via mail:
Type or print the type of garment (t-shirt, etc.), Brand name, size, and color along with the design you wish to have embroidered on it. If ordering more then one garment, please state whether you want the same design on all or if a different design, please list each garment separately with the design immediately following the garment description.

Mail this information along with your name, address, and phone number, and a check, money order, or credit card information (number, expiration date, and your signature) to the address above. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover credit cards. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

In the event an item you order is out of stock, Donner's Country Crafts reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in the same style, size and color.

Orders may be cancelled before they are embroidered and total amount paid will be refunded.  Once an item is embroidered it can not be returned unless the embroidery was done wrong (i.e., a name spelled wrong), or the item is not what was ordered (i.e., not the size ordered, or the color ordered, or the item ordered). [ Note:  If you spelled the name wrong on the order, or ordered the wrong size, the item will not be returnable, so please check your order over carefully before sending it in.]  Setup fees are not refundable unless you cancel the order before the setup process has begun.  Even if you cancel the order before the items are embroidered, if the setup process has already begun, we will only refund the amount of the merchandise order, not the setup fee.  We want your business and will do everything possible to see that you are happy with your order.
