The Carmelite Monastery Choir is a small group that sings for services at the Carmelite Monastery, Philadelphia. For all correspondence, please contact the music director. The choir sings each Sunday at the 8 AM Mass. The music is traditional, both Latin and English, with chant and various styles. Each Sunday's liturgy includes an aspersion or Kyrie; chanted seasonal Marian antiphon, sung Gloria (in season); incensing; chanted Pater Noster; Our chaplain is Rev. Francis M. Gallagher. We can forward your prayer requests to the nuns.
