The price of Printing the Future sent by Priority Mail in the US is just US$44.95 plus US$7.50 for shipping (Total US$52.45).
 Within the US, you may pay by personal or company check. Please make your check payable to Castle Island Co. in the amount of US$52.45.
If you wish to purchase more than one copy, please contact us directly for pricing.
If you prefer, simply provide us a purchase order number and your billing address by email, telephone or fax. We instantly approve credit for many organizations and we’ll invoice you at net 30 days, if approved.
Payment from Outside the US
including CANADA and MEXICO:
You may pay by international postal money order or by wire transfer to our bank. We recommend use of international postal money orders as the least expensive method of payment. Please let us know by email to EdGrenda@aol.com if you would like banking details for a wire transfer.
The banking charge for a wire transfer is US$20.00 which must be added to the total payment due. Thus, the total cost of a book purchased with wire transfer payment for shipping outside North America is US$44.95 + US$13.00 shipping + US$20.00 wire transfer fee = US$77.95 Total.
We also accept international checks however, they MUST be drawn in US Dollars on an International Draft or Money Order from a bank. We cannot accept company checks, personal checks or personal money orders for International sales, including from Canada and Mexico.
