And, of course, the ever-popular Weiner. It is SUCH a neat word; too bad it's not more popular. Just to satisfy a whim --
Weiner, weiner, weiner!
That should hold me for a few days. (Special thanks to my cousin Danielle for this last inspiration)!

Random thoughts...
- If you have 24 odds and ends on a table, and 23 fall onto the floor, what do you have left - an Odd or an End?
- After working with your computer all night, is it a wonder that the pointy thing on the screen, indicating where you are, is called a "cursor"?
Historical Rant
Did you know that the Continental Congress authorized gold medals for each of six important Revolutionary War battles? Two of those battles were in South Carolina - Cowpens and Eutaw Springs. Cowpens (January 17, 1781) was the first in an important series of decisive battles, and Eutaw Springs (September 8, 1781) was the last major Revolutionary War battle in South Carolina, both leading to the British defeat at Yorktown. There were 150 Revolutionary battles in South Carolina - more than in any other colony. And the word "eutaw" is Cherokee for "pine tree". Just in case you needed to know. (See a chronology of battles of the Revolutionary War).
