UKC Ch. Fireside High Hopes

Beacon Shelties was thrilled to have Fireside High Hopes "Hope" back in the breed ring again after puppies delivered last December, 2007.   Within 3 months of being back in the show ring, Hope received a Major Reserve as well as a 4-Point Specialty Major at the Shetland Sheepdog of Northern New Jersey's specialties under Judge Gwen Means last October.

Hope again is working on a wardrobe change, but will hopefully be out once more in March, 2008 to get that last major and her championship.  Hope currently has 12 points towards her American Championship.  In 2007, she also completed her UKC Championship in 3 shows!

She is sired by our very own CH Fireside Full Speed Ahead and comes to us through the generosity of Marianne Glisson, Fireside Shelties

Above is the picture of Hope receiving her specialty major.

These pictures above were taken at the 2006 National in Virginia Beach, VA       by Chris Lynch.

On July 14th and 15th, 2006, Hope went Group 4 at the Riverhead shows.   This is one of the pictures from those group wins with Judge Anitra Cuneo.

The portrait above, printed on linen was taken at a show we attended during the summer of 2005.  It was purchased with the prize money from a raffle that I had won that day!

This was taken right after Hope made the cut in the 6-9 month class at the 2003 ASSA National in Lansing, MI.   Photography is by Wanda Hathcock of Merrigo Photography.
