Look up what you need in the Mexico Yellow pages, give them a phone call, agree on a price, give them your credit card number, then pick it up at your broker when they tell you it's there.

   It is not uncommon for a customs broker to receive, inspect and pay the invoice for your purchase. It does require a sound business relationship and of course a financial guaranty for the broker as well as for paying the duties to Customs.
