Objective

I've been enjoying computing for the last 10 years. I wish to make a profession of this interest. I'm strong in the areas of hardware and software upgrades, as well as setups, troubleshooting and configuration. I have spent the last 22 years in consumer electronics retailing as a salesman, buyer and divisional sales manager.

Home America - Store Supervisor of Electronics - 1987-1989
A position created to utiliize my skills to increase corporate profit.. Recovered $252,000 of unsaleable product by coordinating resouces to make it marketable in the first twelve months in the position.

Home America - Electronics Buyer - 1983-1985
Responsible for the creation of, merchandising, buying and advertising for the electronics departments in 14 stores in Arizona, Nevada and Texas.

Appliance TV City - Audio Buyer - 1980-1983
Responsible for the purchasing, inventory control, merchandising and advertising for 17 stores in the Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas.

Appliance TV City - Divisional Audio Coordinator - 1979-1980.
Responisble for the merchandising, sales training, inventory control and the installation and troubleshooting of the electronics switching systems for 14 stores.

Appliance TV City - Audio Department Manager - 1977-1979
Responsibilities included the merchadising and maintenance of the stores audio department. Earned the distinction as the top audio salesman in the division for the entire time spent in this position.

U.S. Air Force- Ballistics Missiles Analyst Technician - 1971-1975
Served as a member of a ICBM combat crew. Responible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the missiles operating systems. Held a top secret security clearance.
