Located in western Indiana, with the state of Illinois, and the Illinois counties of Edgar and Vermillion, at it's western border, and the Wabash River as it's eastern boundary.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP communities include:  Blanford, Centenary, Clinton, Crompton, Fairview Park, Klondyke, Needmore, Rhodes, Sandytown, Syndicate, Tighe and Universal.  West Clinton is situated at the Helt and Clinton townships line.

  • Clinton City Cemetery - Politicians buried there include Claude Matthews (1845-1898).
  • Riverside Cemetery - in Clinton, IN - Politicians buried there include Henry Dana Washburn (1832-1871).
  • Skidmore Cemetery - located in section 19, by the intersection of CR 1650 S and CR 1100 E.
  • Spangler Cemetery - located in section 14, by SR 163, south of 170 W, (Latitude:  393953N, Longitude: 0872940W; see map)
