    • The Pleasant Hill Cemetery, "read" by Emory Brattain, May 30, 1966.
    • Friends Cemetery, located in Sect. 35, Twp. 13 R 5W on the George Rissler Farm, this cemetery is no longer in existence. The list was abstracted from the "Putnam County History - Indiana Sesquicentennial 1966 -pg. 392. Burial dates from 1851 to 1879.

Russellville is located in the northwestern corner of Russell township, and Putnam county.  Blakesburg is near the southeastern corner of Russell township, west of Fincastle (see map).

Warren Township communities include:  Cradick Corner, Jenkinsville, Putnamville and Westland.

Washington Township communities include:  Cagles Mill, Hirt Corner, Manhattan, Pleasant Gardens, Raab Crossroads, and Reelsville.  Hirt Corner is situated at the southwestern corner of Putnam county, at the Clay county border  (see map).  Hamricks Station Post Office (historical) was located east of the Houck Bridge, and northwest of Putnamville (see map).
