The Archdiocese of Glasgow encompasses the following civic
boundaries: "...The City of Glasgow (except the parishes of Saint
Benedict and St. Clare Easterhouse; Baillieston; Craigend; Garthamlock all of which are in the Diocese of Motherwell); East Dumbartonshire
(except the Parishes of Lennoxtown, Milton of Campsie; Torrance all of which are in the Archdiocese of
Saint Andrew's and Edinburgh); West Dumbartonshire;
the parishes of Cardross, Helensburgh,
Garelochhead and Rosneath
are in Argyll and Bute; the part of the parish of Thornliebank outside the City of Glasgow is in the East
Renfrewshire; the parishes of Condorrat, Croy, Cumbernauld and the area of
