Mary's, Blairs, is the chapel of the former Blairs College, a Catholic Junior Seminary
which stands in wooded grounds in lower Deeside, three miles from Aberdeen. Although the
College closed in 1986, the chapel continues to be the centre of a small but
vigorous parish...The Blairs Museum, housing
artifacts relating to Mary Queen of Scots, the Jacobites,
and the Catholic Church in both pre and post Reformation periods..."

reportedly the only medieval monastery in Britain still inhabited by monks
and being used for its original purpose.
